Here Are 3 Ways to Disguise Your Nipples When You're Out and About

Nipples. All women have them; they are a part of human anatomy; they are totally normal; they provide nourishment for newborns; and yet some people react strongly to the mere idea of or sight of them for reasons ranging from obscenity to sex.

In my experience as a bra fitter, the majority of my clients choose bras with more substantial shape. Typically, they'll say something like "I wanted a smooth look" or "I appreciate the curve the molding provides." As to why, "because I don't want my nipples to show through my shirt," is the most frequently heard explanation. Nipple covers are of particular fascination to them.

The female genitalia isn't complete without the nipples. So, it's up to you to decide if you want to show yours off to the world. Here are some ways to conceal them without resorting to bulky molded cup bras, which many women avoid because they are uncomfortable or don't fit. Here are some strategies for keeping yours under wraps if you'd rather not divulge it.

Adhesive-free covers, 1. Wacoal's No Peeks have been my go-to nipple covers for a long time. Thin molded cups provide women with additional covering around the nipple and make soft cups feel more like those found in molded cup bras. These should be inserted into the bra cups. Because of their seamless design, they will not show through even the most sheer bras. As the name suggests, these are meant to cover less of the breast than a full bra does. The dimensions are calculated as follows:

S = B/C

M = C/D

L = D/DD

XL = DDD+

Adhesive-backed coverings Among the several options for covering your nipple with glue, the Komene Pasties have the highest overall ratings. These can be reused and cleaned several times. You can find them in numerous forms, including those of flowers and hearts. When you don't feel like wearing a bra, these are the way to go. Know about niidor.

Third, a bra with textured cups and straps The misconception that molded cup bras can always hide nip slips persists despite the fact that scientific evidence shows otherwise. That's not how things stand, though. The most well-liked styles of molded bras today are typically created from pliable fabrics that mold to the wearer's breasts and nipples.

Unfortunately, softer-than-air materials also offer less defense for the nipple. Unless you want to look like you're wearing a suit of armor, I'd recommend a bra with some form of pattern or texture in the cup. They do a great job of hiding nipples and the print is undetectable when worn under clothing.

The Soma Enticing Lift Bra and the Wacoal Halo Lace Bra are two that catch my eye as being exceptionally well-designed. All of the cups in each of these bras are textured. It's incredible that the texture is concealed when clothes are worn over it.

In her lingerie blog, Hurray Kimmay, Kim "Kimmay" Caldwell brilliantly put it: "Nipples have a special duty to each of us. Whether or if you tell anyone else is up to you. You can decide if you want everyone or just some close friends to see yours.

What's your opinion on baring your nipples? Do you feel liberated or more feminine after wearing it? Or do you believe that your personal issues are none of anyone's business except your own? Will you please tell me whether you think we need to use nipple covers? If you have any thoughts, please share them with me. Leave a comment and let's start a conversation on this “taboo” subject.
